The Short Version
Everything on this site is free. Every article, every photo, every tip. Because we don’t sell anything, we almost never have to give money back. This page exists mostly so the lawyers stop bothering us and so you know exactly where you stand if we ever launch something paid in the future.
Current Situation (100% Free)
Right now you cannot buy anything here. No subscriptions, no premium guides, no e-books, no hidden paywalls. That means there is nothing to refund. If you somehow landed on a payment page, close the tab immediately, something is very wrong and definitely not us.
Future Paid Products (If We Ever Add Them)
If one day we decide to sell a downloadable map pack, a printable checklist, or anything else, the rule will be simple: digital products come with a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window starting the moment you pay. Just write to us within 14 days and we return every cent the same way you paid. After 14 days we assume you’ve used it and the sale is final. Physical items, if we ever ship anything, will follow standard 30-day return rules with you covering return postage unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Accidental Charges
If money ever leaves your account because of this website and you did not intentionally buy something, contact us immediately. We will refund it within hours, no matter how long ago it happened, and we will figure out what went wrong on our side.
How to Request a Refund (Now or Later)
Send an email to [email protected] with your name, the email used for payment (if any), and a quick note saying you want a refund. That’s it. We usually process it the same day or next business day at latest. No forms, no tickets, no “escalate to manager” nonsense.
Non-Refundable Things (Just in Case)
Donations, if we ever accept them, are considered gifts and cannot be returned. Transaction fees that banks or payment processors keep are also outside our control, but we always refund the full amount we actually receive.
Changes to This Policy
If we start selling something, we will update this page and put the date at the top. Until you see a price tag anywhere on the site, you can safely ignore everything except the first paragraph.
