The Deal in Plain Words
By opening this site you agree to a very short and very fair deal: you can read everything, download nothing is paid, copy nothing for commercial use, and behave like a decent human. That’s basically it.
The Site Is Free and Always Will Be (Probably)
Everything you see here is offered completely free of charge. We might one day sell a printable checklist or a map pack, but the core travel information stays free forever. If we ever put something behind a paywall, it will be clearly marked and optional.
What You Can Do
Read, bookmark, share links with friends, screenshot for personal use, print a page to stick in your journal — go wild. You are welcome to tell people about the site, quote short parts with a link back, or translate a paragraph for a friend as long as it’s not for money.
What You Cannot Do
Do not copy entire pages or photos and republish them as your own on another website, blog, app, book, or anywhere else for commercial purposes. Do not scrape the site, do not run bots, do not try to sell our content disguised as yours. Basically, don’t be that person.
The Information Is Honest but Not a Guarantee
We write from personal experience and double-check facts the best we can, but borders change rules, prices jump, buses break down, and sometimes a quiet beach turns into a party zone overnight. We are not a travel agency, insurer, or government office. Use the information as inspiration and always verify critical details yourself before you book or pack.
No Liability for Real-Life Adventures
If you follow a tip and end up eating the best taco of your life — awesome, you’re welcome. If a border guard denies entry because you missed a new rule we didn’t catch yet, or a hostel closed without warning, we’re genuinely sorry but we cannot be held responsible. You travel at your own risk, as you always do.
Ownership and Copyright
All text, photos, design, and code belong to JKN Worldwide LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise. We paid for the cameras, the plane tickets, and the occasional emergency pizza at 3 a.m. after a red-eye flight, so please respect that.
Changes to the Site or These Terms
We can update the content or these terms whenever we need to. The “Last updated” date at the top will always tell you the current version. Keep browsing after that date and you accept the new rules. If we ever make a big change that actually matters, we’ll mention it clearly on the site.
Governing Law
This being a small American company, the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable U.S. federal laws apply. We hope it never comes to that because we’d rather spend the money on plane tickets than lawyers.
